I ordered a couple sandwiches around 3:30- I work off the same road about ten minutes away and the Postmates driver was very timely as I paid extra for priority. My sandwich break was extremely hard and stale There were crumbs everywhere as if I bit into a croissant because the bread was so hard. Your sandwiches are already priced high and when the roll isn't right, it ruins a sandwich. I am from NJ by the way, born and raised, and I know a good sandwich when I eat one. Shame on you

I placed an online order at 11:45 for a 12:00 pickup and arrived a bit before noon. The store was quite crowded, but I noticed several people coming in, waiting in line, getting their sandwiches made, paying, and leaving. Update: 2-7-25 Owner reached out over 2 weeks ago (response from them below). I emailed them as requested the day of ...literally no response, nothing in spam folder, ghosted, absolutely nothing.
