Very upset by my experience here. My husband ordered me a #13 Italian with turkey instead of ham. The male employee rudely responded “that’s a #7 with pepperoni”. Which is not the case, the sub would be missing 3 additional meats that way. I worked at Jersey Mike’s for 3 years, 40 hours a week through high school. My kind husband proceeded to finish the order and pay. They even charged him for extra meat. All I wanted was to swap ham for turkey due to personal preference. It was the perfect spot to get a quick bite to eat after a long, hot round of golf. Food was tasty & prepared well. Establishment was clean.
Store has 2 employees working lunch on a SATURDAY. Horrible customer service and over working employees. Corporate and management, this is INEXCUSABLE.
