Bryan was quick to answer my phone call right as 10am came around, they where very polite and nice when I explained my issues with the online ordering, they made me feel assured that my order would be ready in a very timely manner, I was really pleased with working with them. Great customer service and order accuracy! I can count on Bryan when I have to feed 20+ hungry employees.
Jersey Mikes has gone downhill. We ordered two giant subs. Each of these cost roughly $20. Both had so little meat that it was almost entertaining. It wasn’t always this way. And that’s why we came. I don’t know what’s happened, but it’s sad. We really used to enjoy their subs. We won’t be back.
Well I was going to call the store and speak to the manager but, after reading all of these complaints I clearly can tell they don’t care. My husband and I came in this evening at 835pm. The store closes at 9pm. After paying for our food we went to sit down and eat and we were told we had to leave because they were trying to clean.
