Prices went up, sizes went down, never a single deal available... Yet another sad example of greed. We used to eat here all the time, not anymore.
I was very pleased with the customer service. Being my absolute first time trying JM's, I was treated like an old friend. The person who took my order offered knowledgeable recipe similarities, yet maintaining my original choice. It was the very best sandwich I've had. Keep up the great work guys, you're batting 1,000! I will definitely be back!
Guys was making my sandwich. Holding a phone,writing with a pen, and upset because I asked him to change his gloves in a nice manner…then said to the next customer “can’t please everyone”
