Amazing!!
Not a single soul acknowledged me as I came in and waited at the counter. They honestly treated me like I was an inconvenience just for being there. I understand it’s New Year’s Eve but that’s no excuse to have poor customer service.
The staff is friendly and attentive. The subs are great. Like all dining out, the sodium is high.
Reading thrift store as a delivery driver I did not get a chance to get the name of the man who served me but as I picked up the order the feeling was not welcoming was not kind this person barely made eye contact with me so whoever was at work on Wednesday July 30th at 7:46 p.m. was definitely not a good representative of the company when people order from a service for their food to be delivered to them the driver needs to be treated with as much respect if not more than the customer because that is who is standing in the ... read more
