Ordered a club sub like usual, but there was a guy there with a bunch of pins on his hat being rude to his employees and he also smelled really awful, like he hadn’t been wearing deodorant. I come here all the time, must be a new manager or something. Clean it up! The customers don’t need to hear you rag on your team, and you should certainly make an effort to not stink up the whole place!

I have been dining in at this store for the last six months. The manager has zero customer service skills, not very friendly; his employees are great. 80% of the time the tables have not been wiped down.
This is the location closest to me that I frequent. None of the employees where name tags. There is this one male employee with short brown hair and of course wears the uniform hat. He always has a very Stern blank look on his face and he is not customer service oriented whatsoever. I can understand that food service is not the friendliest place to work. But he brings this place down with his attitude and his unfriendly remarks and responses.
