My family and I stopped in on a normal Saturday afternoon for lunch while spending the weekend at our house in Destin. One of my family members asked for extra toppings and even told the employee helping us that we didn't mind paying extra for them. The man working — who seemed to be the GM or franchise owner — became unnecessarily rude and ugly about the request, and ended up kicking my family member out of the store. Wanted to try jersey Mike's. The dude making the sandwich wiped his forehead sweat w his glove then touched my bread w the sweat. Anyways now I'm across the street at Jimmy John's waiting on my food. Never going back. Maybe 1 day I will learn what Jersey Mike's tastes like at an airport or something
Went in to get my sandwich today at 1ish completely messed up my order and I was on my lunch break so I couldn’t go back to fix it. I also was unable to eat the sandwich because I count calories and it was clearly over. Service was fine just check your sandwich before you leave and get the wrong order I guess
