i ordered 2 turkey sandwiches online and they were tasteless, even despite having all of the toppings added. i would never get sandwiches here again, especially not for $30 lol
Asked for their California chicken which mind you comes with lettuce tomato, mayo and cheese . I take a bite and of course it’s their chicken Philly . When I told them probably 3 separate times I ordered the California chicken, after I had already placed the order ? Should it have been online so it was all spelled out for you ? The service is really bad here. I just asked for an Italian sub, but I only wanted salami so I asked for extra since I wasn’t getting the other meats, they put one serving. I went back inside to asked for extra and they wouldn’t so then I just had to ask for a refund… I’m a manager myself and I would have taken care of the customer..
Im not sure what happened here. The meat is not cut up there are pieces of onion skin and most of the cheese has leaked out of the side. This is beyond bad and it cost $22. You can be damn sure I'll never go to this location again
Check your bank statements! Twice, I’ve received duplicate charges for online orders. The first time, my order was canceled be the delivery driver. I reordered and received my food, but I had to work with Jersey Mike’s corporate to get a refund on the duplicate charges. The second time, I did an online pick up. I have 2 exact charges on my account and corporate won’t process a refund. I will not go to this location again. I will also be finding a new national sandwich shop!
