The food at Jersey Mike's is awesome. There is one girl that works there that everytime we go in that place she is so snotty and is rude as heck.
Jersey Mike's has the best subs around, and everything is fresh. Employees are great and I love Jersey Mikes..
I go to jersey mikes a pretty good bit and the people working in here were absolutely horrible to work with!! Zero customer service! Very rude and acted like they didn’t care to be there or to certainly help us!
Bill W's review is right on the money! We both pop into a lot of places in the Lake Norman area and we don't always agree--he's more strict than me. But we definitely agree here. I have been working all day and was seeking lunch at 6:25 p.m. When I walked in, one dude was clearly disappointed a customer walked in. I ran to the bathroom to give them time to finish what they were doing and gave benefit of doubt. When I returned, neither of them even looked up, and one had earbuds in.
