I had a steak sub delivered to my motel room and the steak was just about all burnt. I called and spoke with a guy named junior and said that he would send another one so I asked for credit on the book which he agreed to. I went to the store 2 days later and I didn't want to try the steak again so I got the Italian which the manager on duty said that it was no problem . The food is fine, but don't waste your time ordering delivery. If you schedule a time, it's always 20 minutes early or 45 minutes late. That's not even speaking to how often the wrong food arrives. And if you have a problem? Door dash says contact jersey Mike's, and they say it's the drivers fault. Now I have a cold wet sub that was left out in the rain that i wasted money on. Hopefully the dogs are hungry.
Great subs made fresh.
This specific location is ALWAYS out of rosemary parm bread. They’ve never had it anytime I’ve gone. Never fails…
