I don't even know where to start the worst. I have ever seen in my life. Let's start off by you don't even know what kind of cold cuts. You're eating. There's no name on them. It's definitely not bor's head. I walked in the people behind the counter. Including the people cooking, we're all standing there. Doing nothing very rude people somebody even said good afternoon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough! My wife and I placed a large order with Jersey Mike’s for our baby shower, and I genuinely don’t know if I’ve ever experienced this level of customer service before. From the very first phone call, Jenna, the manager, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to make sure every detail of our order was correct and communicated with us throughout the entire process. The day before pickup, she personally reconfirmed everything and made sure the order matched exactly what we had original... read more

We used Jersey Mikes to cater our baby shower. Ordering was seamless and the manager Jenna was so helpful to make sure our needs were met. Communication was spot on and all of our guests were so happy. Jersey Mikes family went above and beyond for us in more ways than I could ever imagine. We appreciate all they did for us!
JM’s is consistently my favorite sub place. I do wish they had black olives as a sub topping and that they had a bread similar to Publix’s multi-seed bread though. I have never had a bad meal here so it is still worth it.
