JM’s is consistently my favorite sub place. I do wish they had black olives as a sub topping and that they had a bread similar to Publix’s multi-seed bread though. I have never had a bad meal here so it is still worth it.
When I come in here the service is not always the best no smiles and no welcoming behavior but tonight I had the pleasure of meeting CARL AND MICHAEL they were a breath of fresh air! They were nice and welcoming! Great attitude and smile! I want them to get a bonus for being so GREAT! Thanks again!
Everything would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the husky white lady with glasses. Rude attitude, and basically mean mugged everyone that walked in and waited to be helped. I describe her appearance because of the lack of name tags.
Older gal was not very service oriented, very poor attitude! Felt rushed to make a decision. Younger gal very sweet. Got there when just opened.
Ricci was super friendly and attentive. I would keep coming back just because of how pleasant and helpful she was to deal with. Great Subs 💯
