the subs are usually amazing !! but recently they’ve been horrible and i always get the same order, it’s not the way they’re making the subs the employees are great, but the meat tastes spoiled, lettuce is brown, just everything tastes off, bread tastes stale and has barely any parmesan. idk if the prep changed or supplier but it tastes so bad for some reason lately.
I don't know who the new manager is , but boy has the service gone down sucks.This used to be one of my favorite sandwich shops. Where did the old manager go? She ran a tight ship, food was always served fast and done right now. They take forever and half the time get the order wrong.
I tried the Philly cheesesteak. It was delicious. I personally needed more peppers and onion though just because i like them. My husband had his usual, the ham and provolone, and he loved it as always. The bread is always soft.
