Crazy how I underestimated Jersey Mike’s! I went for the first time recently, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich, and the fact that they make their tuna in‑house was a huge bonus. The staff member even recommended the best bread for it and kindly explained that they don’t use a toaster. They answered all my questions with patience. My daughter & I came in with the disabled woman we take care of. My daughter & our lady were actually going to eat next door while I ate here but they didn't have seating. Abby & Kaitlyn were amazing! They accomodated our lady by allowing her to eat here at a table with me! They were extremely kind, smiling & friendly, to not only us, but all the customers that came through while we were here! They checked on us often to make sure we didn't need anything. Abby made my bowl to perfection! We will definitely be back!!

Before I go to sleep tonight. I have to thank you and some much blessed the cashier today and Coach Q Gray hoodie. The greatest blessing for me Today from 2-4:15pm. I was standing outside to get a sandwich for my daughter to eat. Me my son and daughter are homeless lefted from a very abusive relationship ( my son with he's dad ) . I love a place with a great sense of humor. My best friend and I got a good kick out of this order. Although I think our order was wrong because I don’t know a “Amy the Lamest” or a “KT the Greatest” 🤣 but the sandwich was loaded and delicious and the laugh we got out of it made it even better.
