My experience was GREAT! I felt super welcomed and they seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. They treated all the customers behind me super well also. I believe I recognized the manager from a location on University in Fridley…that said that store is also killer! Good job finding excellent folks to work at your shops!
I live across the street from this Jersey Mike's, so I come in semi frequently. I stopped in the other night for an Italian sandwich. The staff were fun, kind and conversational. When I ordered, I asked for everything (minus pepper jam) on my sandwich, and instantly I could see the fear in the sandwich slingers eyes. She admitted that it was only her second or third day.
