We love Jersey Mike’s! We purchase lunch for our crews weekly and everything is always fresh. Their employees are quick and friendly
Jersey Mikes has always been wonderful with customer service. If I have an issue and have ordered through Uber they have been very helpful and accommodating with out acting one bit inconvenienced. It’s nice in this world that people actually care and they do.
Very disappointing experience yesterday at Jersey Mike’s. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak combo (#17 with chips and a soda) and clearly requested lettuce and tomato with no mayonnaise. When my sandwich came out, it had mayo on it, so I politely let the staff know the order was incorrect. What happened next was completely unacceptable. Instead of making a fresh sandwich, I watched the cook take the meat from the original sandwich, reuse it, and place it onto new bread.
