I went to Jersey Mike's today; I had never been there before, but I wanted to try it because a friend recommended it. The young woman near the slicer machine was very nice and provided great service, but when I went to pay for my sandwich, the guy at the register had a bad attitude; he didn't even ask what I was getting or if I wanted anything else. Hit or miss. Been here 3 times. First two times the service was 10/10. And I have been going to the point pleasant original place for the last 25+ years, so it was good. Started going back every week BECAUSE of the service. But the 3rd time different employees were there, 7/10. I had to double take, I asked myself, "did a food fight brake out?" A completely trash business that has lost its way after being acquired by private equity. They do not care about customers and only care about maximizing profits at the cost of good service. Eating here will only lead to anger and frustration as you will wait 30+ minutes only to receive the wrong food. This place SUCKS.
