Great customer service
My son went to pick up four sandwiches for our family's dinner, arriving approximately 30 minutes before closing. A very nice employee took his order and started making the hot sandwiches. Another employee, perhaps a manager with the way he acted, came out from somewhere and started yelling that they "don't take orders a half hour before closing".
