Workers were not at all friendly. Ordered a #13 and asked for it to be grilled on the flattop and was told that because it’s not a hot sandwich it cannot go on the grill because of the owner preference. I have ordered this sandwich and had it grilled every time with no problem. Asked for ketchup packets and never got them. Asked for oil and vinegar on the side and one of the tops wasn’t on and it spilled everywhere. I will never come back to this Jersey Mike’s again. I would give it a ZERO rating if I could.
I receive great customer service when placing my order online. The guy( forgot his name, last initial was a C) who took my order was very helpful and welcoming. The sandwich was delicious.
