AC is either broken or not on, very warm. Waited about 25 minutes for a sub. What happened to this place? Paid 10. Bucks for a sandwich with no chips or drink.
The manager taking my order gave me a bread I didn't want without even asking, when I asked for extra mayo (because I like mayo) just smeared a little bit on there my sandwich was dry as heck both of our sandwiches was like this. Im sticking to subway, first time coming here and it is for sure my last.
Customer service needs a major upgrade!! I ordered a sandwich from the mobile app and arrived at the store I ordered my sandwich warm and after waiting over 30 minutes I received a cold sandwich and the general manager who started her name was star, only opted to refund me. Worst waste of a lunch break, do not stop here for lunch they can’t handle the lunch rush!!
It is consistent all the time! Good size portions, quick fast and always good! Store is always clean and organized. Im usually out in 5 mins. Love love love! Whoever makes my sandwiches i hope your pillows are cold at night i hope you have a wonderful day.
Showed up to a super clean store and friendly staff! Sonia was a great help and very friendly and very helpful, she definitely put a smile on my face. 10-10 would highly recommend coming to this store
