We ordered the blt with no oil and vinegar. We added turkey and politely asked in special instructions to "plz go light on the turkey just one or two slices." We received an extra thick layer of turkey, half the bacon was missing and it was drenched in oil & vinegar. I'd hate to think someone would intentionally give us the opposite of what was ordered for whatever ridiculous reasons they had, but this was hard to dismiss as an innocent mistake. Was a real disappointment. Won't be ordering any time soon
Probably a one-off situation because my #8 is always up to par. This time it didn't feel like I got my whole $20 worth for this.
AC is either broken or not on, very warm. Waited about 25 minutes for a sub. What happened to this place? Paid 10. Bucks for a sandwich with no chips or drink.
The manager taking my order gave me a bread I didn't want without even asking, when I asked for extra mayo (because I like mayo) just smeared a little bit on there my sandwich was dry as heck both of our sandwiches was like this. Im sticking to subway, first time coming here and it is for sure my last.
Customer service needs a major upgrade!! I ordered a sandwich from the mobile app and arrived at the store I ordered my sandwich warm and after waiting over 30 minutes I received a cold sandwich and the general manager who started her name was star, only opted to refund me. Worst waste of a lunch break, do not stop here for lunch they can’t handle the lunch rush!!
