I went last Thursday to pick up an online order at 4pm, i asked if the giant cup was in the bag because it didnt feel like it but I was told yes, I opened the bag and no it wasnt so I was handed a cup, I looked in the bag then also for my pickles on the side, not there either, I decided since I paid for double meat I'd better check so I ate inside, I open my sandwich and theres no mayonnaise to speak of and I asked for extra, I went to the counter to ask for a cup of mayo and my pickles and they wanted to see the receipt, I ... read more
I have been here several times in the past few months but haven't been able to use my gift card, every time they tell me sorry gift card isn't working at this time. WHY NOT!! How many months do I have to wait??
Employees at this location always ignore my wife when she arrives to pick up an order that was placed online. Every time the employees help people who have not placed an online order while our food that is ready sits on a shelf. My wife waits for over 10 minutes for an employee to hand her the bag. Very Rude & unprofessional employees. What is the point of placing an order online if you get ignored and have to wait anyway? I don’t know if we will return to this location.
