One of the best subs I can get closest to my favorite NY home town sub shop! Almost identical
The rosemary parmesan bread was really good
I came into the store to pick up my online order that I placed 75 minutes prior and walked into one employee and 11 customers and multiple online orders waiting to be filled, including mine. Another employee soon appeared and immediately began helping. These two workers were under extreme pressure to satisfy every order that came into this store. They were polite and courteous and apologetic to the customers. The customers were understanding and I base that on their demeanor. This is a clear case of Management failure. Failu... read more
