I came into the store to pick up my online order that I placed 75 minutes prior and walked into one employee and 11 customers and multiple online orders waiting to be filled, including mine. Another employee soon appeared and immediately began helping. These two workers were under extreme pressure to satisfy every order that came into this store. Takes them and hour to take your order
Jersey mikes is my go to for sandwiches these days, unfortunately this location is constantly behind on mobile orders. When you approach the counter to ask for your order you ignored and have to speak up to get their attention. Tonight I ordered 3 sandwiches and the app said it would be ready in 15 minutes which would be 5:52pm (order was placed at 5:37pm). I am currently typing this review while I wait.
