Second time I have gone in and they have lost my order and I have to wait. Order online for a reason to go sit and wait in the store. They just seem to often be a mess.
This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. After placing my initial order, I realized I had forgotten to add a kids’ sub. I went directly to the register to pay for it, not realizing I needed to go back through the deli line. As a first-time customer, I simply didn’t know the process. The employee behind the counter was noticeably rude about it, which made the situation uncomfortable. She had clearly heard my order and could have explained the process in a kinder way. Loved my experience, absolutely yummy delicious sandwich from Kensington. That blt complety smacked. Coming back within a couple days and getting it double topped hahaha!
