Rude and messed up my birthday order. Mostly bread because it's free ??
I whole heartedly love Jersey Mike’s but these people can NEVER get my order right. September 19th i placed an order for a giant club mikes way no tomatoes. Rosemary bread extra meat. I didn’t have any bacon and it was the wrong bread. This happened multiple times and it gets me upset because i really love this place.
I don’t know how you guys manage to get my order wrong every time I go there. I order the same thing every time and you guys make me feel crazy for coming back in to make it right. You guys looked me in the face, said the thing I ordered, and played in my face and gave me something else. At this point it’s not even worth it to go back in to correct your mistakes.
Staff wasn't very friendly. Seemed customers were a burden.
