I give a 5 star ONLY to the young lady with braces that made my hot sub and greeted me at the register great customer service love , but the girl who made my cold sandwiches had an attitude from the time I walked in the door.. eye rolling when I asked for no tomatoes and extra onions.. I asked for a carrying bag and she just placed it on the table with an attitude without putting my sandwiches in the bag and said have a nice day! I wish I had a name because I would’ve added to my comment
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s Subs. The biggest issue—by far—is the unbearable heat inside the store. It felt like there was no air conditioning at all, making it almost impossible to sit down and enjoy a meal. Within minutes, I was uncomfortable, and it honestly made me want to leave as quickly as possible. Kinda pricy for the size of their sandwiches. Quality of food has changed over the years
the workers are amazing and very respectful and nice workers , it’s extremely hot and uncomfortable for both customers and workers.
