I've been to this location several times with no issues. The staff has always been wonderful and helpful. Tonight, I went to pick up an order I placed online. The order wasn't on the pick up stand, and the 3 employees were busy with orders so I waited in the normal order line. When it was my turn, I said I was picking up an order. The employee helping me said to go to the pick up counter.
