I ask the girl that helped me her name it was Nevaeh she was super helpful and had great customer service she made my day just by asking how I was doing and the sandwich she made for me was perfect. But I didn't appreciate how the other coworker treated her if they had a problem with her they should have pulled her a side to address what she did wrong and not do it in front of customers that is very unprofessional especially coming from someone who is a supervisor for the food industry.
I had a nightmare visit on Sunday 7/20/25 at the North Rialto store 186 E Easton st. 3:45 pm. Me and my wife ordered a large sandwich. A very nice associate started the process. Another younger associate walked up, she looked like she just started her shift or coming off break. I feel like it’s just this location, because I love JM subs but I will never spend money here again. They weren’t busy, I called ahead and ordered, it wasn’t ready and it took forever to make two six inch sandwiches and completely screwed them up. So disappointing
