I feel like it’s just this location, because I love JM subs but I will never spend money here again. They weren’t busy, I called ahead and ordered, it wasn’t ready and it took forever to make two six inch sandwiches and completely screwed them up. So disappointing
I wish I had paid better attention. I wanna say her name was Candace. She’s the new general manager of the South Rialto store and her attitude is freaking amazing. It was like watching a comedy show great atmosphere great customer service.
