Worst Jersey Mike’s experience I’ve ever had! Ordered on the app as I always usually do, but ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes on top of the 15 minute pickup time. Three customers who walked in after me ended up leaving before me as well. So what’s the point of ordering ahead at this location?! I had a really disappointing experience with this Jersey Mike’s. I ordered a #7 online and placed it 15 minutes ahead of time. The pickup time they gave me was missed by another 10 minutes, so I ended up waiting a total of 25 minutes. When I finally got my sandwich, it had banana peppers I never asked for, and there were literally only two paper-thin slices of beef on it for a 13$ half sandwich. This was by far the worst Jersey Mike’s experience I’ve ever had. Definitely not up to their usual standard.
Didnot open at 10 as posted on the door and website. They waited until i walked away and then unlocked the door.
