I've eaten here before as well other Jersey Mike's and food and service has been good, granted being retired I can hit non-peak times. Today I was in when the noon crowd was winding down and service wasn't a problem. The Mike's Hot Italian was a good sandwich, nice and hot and spiced right without being too overly hot spice. It's a limited time offering, and I'd have it again. There were a half dozen customers seated, more in line, and the atmosphere wasn't overly noisy. Cheers.

I ordered online and customized the order and I get Mikes way! Eh..very dissatisfied! I called and was told a discounted sub can be written down. No Thanks! I’m not looking for a handout but a correction.

This is the stingiest JM location I have been to, and I've been to a lot. You will have to ask several times for more veggies because they will put less than other locations. Even the lettuce, which other locations tend to pile on, is hard to get. Also, be prepared to count the meat slices because your count may be low. The young boys who work here seem to have been trained improperly, either that or the owner is giving them bad advice.
