This score is not for this branch. This is for the brand in general. After Blackrock bought this company , everything started to taste horrible. Especially hot subs. Chicken and beef meat tastes like plastic. First time in my life i had to throw a cheesesteak to garbage. PLEASD BOYCOTT ALL COMPANIES THAT SOLD THEIR SOUL TO BLACKROCK -VANGUARD
The food was ok the service there was substandard at best. No one said anything to us when we walked in, and when we tried to order the employee had snide comments about us not knowing the proper way to order at the establishment.
All I have to say is that Hunter the GM is amazing. He suggested a Philly cheesesteak and it was great but here’s the thing he made it! I surprised to know that as a GM he was along side his staff preparing orders. He didn’t boast about being the GM. In conversation I found that he was. This is why this store is one of the BEST….a true example of Teamwork!!
