Had a turkey club in a bowl. Glean environment. Great customer service. Friendly.
Placed an online order at 11:45 am, drove to the store and went to pick up, the store did not have any online orders ready, waited an additional 30 mins while in store for order to be ready. Staff had completed 8 dine in orders before started working on online orders that came in before their arrival. It was very chaotic and there was no acknowledgement of the delay.
