Exemplary service The atmosphere was amazing, and the manager and Sandwich artist were very Upbeat and friendly!
AVOID! Horrible customer service. I asked them what was the softest bread they had and she handed me the mini piece of bread and said try it I said okay that's soft I said I would be right back went into the restroom they had no paper towels I had to wait and ask for paper towels meanwhile there was a employee Hispanic man with long black hair literally making screeching noise by moving the metal tables around and sweeping up dust when customers were inside when I came back out I said I've changed my mind I'd like the the re... read more
Such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and greeted me right away. There were four staff members working, and everyone was busy handling important tasks while still being attentive and welcoming. My sandwich was made quickly and with such precision. Food is great, but these employees no nothing about customer service not even a "hey how you doing." they all have attitudes and with 5 employees working not a single smile in sight. Doing the bare minimum. The big guy who might be the manager leads as a terrible example on how to treat customers. He also has a pony tail which should be in a hair net or bun as that is a food safety violation there as well. I think the employees need some serious retraining.
Just went by and they said they're not taking orders right now, wouldn't give an explanation as to why.
