Used Doordash with this store multiple times, this store repeatedly either sends incorrect or not at all items. But yet still charges for them. Thankfully Doordash refunds but this store is consistently bad at this. 4/2/2025 Update tried again, completely wrong order again. Horrible store
You walk in and you say, how are you ladies and gentlemen and their respond Mark can you talking shit to you and making you feel feel like you’re not welcome there? What kind of a company is that? I hope the company will figure out those guys and fire him to save the company. How sad is that
This is the worst jersey mikes sub I have ever seen I ask the guy was the bread fresh after he fixed my sub he said it’s from yesterday then I ask him how long before the other bread comes out he said 30 minutes and he brought the bread out in 5 wish wasn’t cooked completely they should definitely close this location down definitely calling the corporate office to file a complaint
Worst Jersey location, go to literally any other one in Raleigh. They are closest to my house, so I’ve now given them 4 chances. They haven’t got my sandwich correct yet, and it’s a very simple order. Italian with only tomato and lettuce. Messed it up every time. Bale st is best location
