I’m genuinely heartbroken and furious about this place. Walking in, you can immediately feel how miserable the environment is and unfortunately, it matches everything I was warned about. A close friend of mine used to work here, and he told me how badly he was treated by some of the coworkers. I've been to this Jersey Mike's several times. Every single time I've gone the employees have been very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. Today they were extremely busy but yet gave 5 star service. Best Jersey Mike's I've been to.
Keon has the best CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I was immediately greeted by him. Words cannot express how great his character is!! I’ve been to other Jersey Mikes, this is the best one in WAKE COUNTY!
