Arguably one of the most important parts of a Jersey Mikes sandwich is the bread. When your sandwich bread is crunchy the entire sandwich is ruined. Very disappointed in this location. I’ve never had this experience at other locations.
Everything was amazing. The staff that was working provided excellent customer service. That is hard to find these days. They were very friendly & greeted me as soon as I walked in.
They make the sandwich ok…but it takes 2 hours. Slow employees and bad management
I visited this location for the first time this past Saturday and will not be returning. I arrived with adequate time before the noon rush, yet it still took half an hour to order a two subs. Despite only having two people ahead of me in line, I had to stand and watch the employees prepare at least eight+ digital/online orders before my order was even started.
