Not too long ago my grandmother who just turned 80 years old today had the worst experience at this location. My grandma had never had Jersey Mike’s before and wanted to try it today for the first time. We walked in and there was a puddle of water on the ground where my grandmother almost slipped and fell. normally good but they screwed up a take out order for a company luncheon....everything was Mikes Way plus mayo and mustard...they missed all the mayo and mustard....sandwiches were very dry.

I work hard manual labor and understand being tired. But there’s no excuse to throw a sandwich at the customer when I’m the only one in there. No one behind me in line. Can’t blame it on being busy and moving quickly. I don’t blame the employee it’s just sad to see how far standards have fallen. Common courtesy is dead?
Jersey Mikes is the best national chain sub sandwich restaurant. This location is consistently good, always clean, and always has friendly service.
