I would give 0 stars if I could, there was a hair in my sandwich which is very disgusting. Do better as an establishment.
Tastes like private equity. Overpriced and product quality has severely dipped over the past couple years. Competitors offer better taste and value.
Came in store today ordered the two sandwiches one was the big khauna witch is a bigger portion on meat an cheese the cook mixed up the order and put the extra stuff on the wrong sandwich when I said something to him he denied it , an still proceeded to make someone else order , I don’t like that I paid extra for something and didn’t get it . Not too long ago my grandmother who just turned 80 years old today had the worst experience at this location. My grandma had never had Jersey Mike’s before and wanted to try it today for the first time. We walked in and there was a puddle of water on the ground where my grandmother almost slipped and fell. The sales associate that goes by “T” came and got the water up. Once “T” was finished he came around and asked us what type of sandwiches we wanted. normally good but they screwed up a take out order for a company luncheon....everything was Mikes Way plus mayo and mustard...they missed all the mayo and mustard....sandwiches were very dry.
