Today was my first day to eat at jersey Mike's and the customer service from Angela and team was fantastic and the first sandwich I got was the big kahuna with steak.and cheese and it was super tasty then I came in later that evening and got Italian sub the Mike's way and it hit the spot I love this place compared to subway and.jimmy John's. Im a regular.
Love the subs!! I have been coming here(instead of subway) ever since they opened the rowlett location, And they have only messed up twice on my order by giving me the wrong bread which was immediately fixed.
In alllll of my years eating here I would say it’s close to 12 years, I’ve always grilled my subs. However, when I arrived at this location today, an older lady told me they don’t grill the meat. Quite odd. But unfortunately, I will have to drive the extra miles to get my sub grilled at another location. Will not be back.
