This is one of the best locations in all of dfw! Always super nice always super fresh and super clean store. Valerie, Angela and Brandon are absolute rock stars in the sandwich world!!
Jersey Mike’s in Rowlett is a pleasant experience. The people behind the counter are awesome. Angela made sure I remembered my points for the app and Valarie & Brandon were also very professional! I love this place!
I contemplated an entire night about this. I was craving, "the best sandwhich" last night and so me *Army Veteran* and my 7 month pregnant wifey, went to sit and eat at your place. I ordered my giant and a tea. The young new employee asks me if I wanted to redeem my points....so I am like ya know what yes sir. Let's do it. Angela - and staff - thanks for all that you do!
I’ve been to several locations with outstanding service but this location needs a good deal of training their employees. No thank you, no apologies after employees making the sandwich that cost me 25.00. I’m a very considerate person but the employees here really need supervision. I don’t believe there was a supervisor or manager on site at 3:00 pm on a Friday.
