I think it goes without saying that Jersey Mike’s has delicious subs but, what really makes this Rowlett location stand out is their EXCELLENT customer service! Angela and her team are always so cheery, welcoming, and helpful every single time.
Have been to this location several times, food is good and service is fast and friendly. Except for the last visit. Kid with the glasses making the sandwiches had a serious attitude both to his employees and to me. 3 out of the 4 sandwiches we ordered were cut in half, the sandwich to be shared was not. On taking it back up to ask if they could cut it for me the kid yelled out "We can't take it back", before I could even say anything. Angela was so nice. She even educated me on the points and Monday double points day. Been coming to JM for years and had no clue about double points mondays!!
Had a gift card and decided to use it. Wonderful sandwich and they cut it up for you. Very tasty, better than Subway and not as pricey as Jimmy John's
Stopped this evening and picked up a couple subs. Have ordered here many times but tonight, a hair in my big kahuna! Bummer.
