Why did you give me a cheesesteak and not melt the cheese and you didn’t put all that I asked on the sandwich? I’ve been going there for years but the person making hot sandwiches didn’t do a good job. This is the second time this has happened.
This is shit.
I did not realize this place had a limit on napkins. Provides one napkin in the bag and will not give you more! For the price of one sandwich, you would think they can afford more than one napkin per customer! The two young people that were working there were super nice. But the older manager was rude and grumpy!
Marika gave me excellent customer service! I was having issues with my app and she showed patience and understanding…. Rarely find that in customer service anymore. The rest of the team is also a great job! It was storming like crazy and they handled everything the best they could!
Nene is a delight! She managed to deliver excellent customer service and made the entire experience enjoyable while training and keeping everything positive! She is a true asset!
