Terrible. Ordered here 3 times and all orders were wrong - asked for WHEAT bread and every single time I was given white. Also, mikes way arrived unlike I ordered - get it right. Called the mgr who said he would refund my card, nope! Still didn’t follow through
Not even a scoop of chicken salad on here .. would go back but already had to once cause they gave me the wrong order the first time.. a sandwich of bread lettuce mayo and tomatoes .. a joke
Absolutely delightful experience here—between the customer service, friendly atmosphere, and delicious food, I left happy and well-fed. The staff was friendly, efficient, and actually seemed like they didn’t despise their job, which is always a win! The only (very minor) hiccup? They didn’t ask if I wanted my gluten-free bread toasted, which they should have. But no worries—I took control of my destiny and toasted it myself at work. Crisis averted, sandwich saved.
