I am updating my previous review. Our experience yesterday at Jersey Mike's was much less pleasant than our first visit. There were only 4 people in line when I get there and it took over 15 minutes to get 2 subs made! The process was slow and the key person slicing meat obviously did not want to be there. One person with a bad attitude can affect the customer experience. We hope it is better the next time.
This is the best one around I have been to others
I hate writing reviews like this but every time I try to give this location another chance they blow it. I usually place online orders in advance for when I take my breaks. Last time I did this I showed up 10 minutes after the time I placed and my sandwich wasn't ready until 30 minutes later, my whole break was wasted. Today I decided to try and place another order, giving it one more go. I ordered a sub with 4 mods and 2 of the mods were completely forgotten.
