I normally do not give low star reviews as I try to see the good and bad in everything and analyze the whole experience but this is my first 1 star reviews out of all the reviews I have done. 2.6 million views on my reviews. This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The 2 ladies making my 4 sandwiches tonight, were very helpful and nice. I messed up some toppings after she placed the top breads, but she didn't get upset. Service like this makes me return here. Thank you ladies.
Useless teenaged employees. Waited 45 minutes for an app/online order for TWO sandwiches. Skip this location.
Terrible staff. Last night I went in for to go order. I ordered #16 and 26. They were clearly busy so i didnt mind waiting however at register the same black, short haired girl who took my order came to ring me up. She rung up two #16s. When i advised it was supposed to be 16 and 26 she condescended that i said two 16s, and I said no I did not.
