Went in today and there was like 5 people working in the back and not a single one of them acknowledged me. Not even a greeting. I stayed there for a couple of minutes and no one had the courtesy to take my order. They were just joking around with each other. Very poor customer service.

They got my order wrong. Service was horrible. Girl behind the cash register was clueless and was too busy flirting with the male customers. Order was not done on time. Overall not great.
Waited for 2 girls that felt like chatting then doing any sandwich. Guys that worked there were trying to work around the girls. I give props to the guys trying to finish my order but those girls slowed everything way down.
The floors were really dirty and sticky, and unfortunately the food wasn’t any better. I ordered a Philly and they put such a huge amount of jalapeños and bell peppers on it that I could barely taste the meat. It completely overpowered the sandwich. I’m not sure who trained them on making a Philly, but this was honestly horrible. I couldn’t return it because i had no time had to eat it because I hadn’t eaten all day. I highly recommend asking questions and being very specific about what you want before they make your order.
