Steve not only made great sandwiches but was also humorous and enjoyable to talk to.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s, and the food was great! The two gentlemen making the sandwiches provided excellent customer service and did a fantastic job. The only thing I noticed was that the manager on duty was addressing them while they were taking orders, which made things a bit awkward for customers. It didn’t seem urgent and probably could have waited until after. Just a tip!
We had a last minute order for 200 people. Steve made it happen! He is a hero! Thank you Steve and the Jersey Mike's team at 24th St & Baseline. We appreciate you!
We’ve just started coming back to this Jersey Mike’s after avoiding it for years because of one bad experience and some pretty rough reviews. But we wanted to give it another shot and support a local spot—and honestly, we’re really glad we did. The new staff is awesome! Super friendly, and they actually take care when making your food. It’s a totally different vibe now. We’ll definitely be back again soon.
