I got hospitalized after eating here. There is mold in the soda machine that shut down my respiratory system
The general manager hung up on me when asking for assistance with HR. Corporate will take apart an online order or any sandwich that is already made wrapped and ready for pick up, just to weigh it for their bottom line then put it back together like they never did anything to it. I want to say I'm sorry I don't know what Uber eats did too you. But it wasn't my fault for you to make a nasty sub like I literally had to force it down to I was hungry can't remember to put cheese in one sandwich but you put it on the other don't make sense so please expect this apology from Uber to make the sandwich. Steve not only made great sandwiches but was also humorous and enjoyable to talk to.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s, and the food was great! The two gentlemen making the sandwiches provided excellent customer service and did a fantastic job. The only thing I noticed was that the manager on duty was addressing them while they were taking orders, which made things a bit awkward for customers. It didn’t seem urgent and probably could have waited until after. Just a tip!
