I have been to Jersey Mike's many times, but this location is different. The food was good, but the experience was awful. The music is WAY too loud! I'm not sure why, but it was making everyone visibly upset because everyone needed to repeat things multiple times. I was reading some of the reviews. I believe that if you just turn the volume down, these mistakes will not be as often. We went here as a company and we spent over $150 on lunch and when I went to pick up the order was sitting on the counter behind the register the pick up time was 11:15 and I got there early but not one single employee asked to help me till after 11:25 on top of that they started making another order and when he girl finally asked me how she can help got mad because the order was not complete and I asked where the rest of it was when her co worker told her it was in the back fridge she literally threw the first bag on the co... read more
It was busy but the gals worked efficiently to take care of the line. However, my husband got the wrong bread and the bread was NOT baked fully. My sub meat tasted good but bread was flat as pictured...shoot it won't let me add photos but I have them.
Best place for subs!!!
