Ordered from uber eats two giant sandwiches on parm with cherry relish and brown honey mustard and got two regular tuna . Called to ask why they missed my sandwiches they called my ordered and said they seen it on uber eats my Mike's way . Well I have the reciept . They didn't do anything for me . I would not recommend.
I live out of state, today was my son's 26th birthday. So I ordered a sub for him to pick up. Called the store and made a request for them to wish him a happy birthday. Just wanted to say thank you guys for helping out. Small moments like this leave lasting memories. Once again thank you.
I love jersey mikes subs the closest thing to mr sub. I usually get the ham and provolone the ham is so good!
I initially was going to give a lesser review. But thankfully the manager is very aware of her surroundings “Brittany” and came over and asked me about my concerns. And she ended up making it right. This is a GREAT example of how store managers should be when running an establishment. I have been coming here for years. Great place. Just needs some adjustments. Grateful she was socially aware and gave me the time to come ask me about it. Couldn’t expect a better end result. Thanks
