Again, I don't really go here for the service or atmosphere. Be honest I haven't tried most of their sandwiches as the one I always get is the big kahuna and it is phenomenal. Can't speak for the other ones but this is worth the drive alone.
UPDATE: Customer service was important and management remedied the situation. I'm so happy to be back in the store, the food is so good. Customer service was So disappointed that I've been coming here for almost 2 years. Literally get lunch there 4 or sometimes 5x a week (at least 2 if not 3 orders at a time). Today, the diet pepsi was out of order, not the 1st time, no big deal. When I went to fill my cup I saw the out of order sign and asked if I can grab a bottle instead.
