Everyone on the staff was super stoned, they got our order completely wrong, one of the girls could barely talk because she was so high. Management needs to get on them about not being high at work.
This location is astounding! They are super attentive and ON THEIR GAME! Even the trainees! Greeted with smiles, asked about my day. All of it! I was helped today by Marissa, she was so incredibly kind and made a delicious sub! 🤤 I wish I caught the other two names of those that helped me. I love Jersey Mike's, and this location makes me want to keep coming back. Thanks for lunch you guys!
About one week ago, I was craving a sandwich on a Wednesday or Thursday. The store wasn’t busy I walked picked up my to go order. The very next day less than 24 hours after I ended up in the ER with the bacteria stomach infection. I had to stay in the hospital for two days for intravenous IV fluids from this location. Shame on one of your employees for being sick & nasty & not washing their hands!! We will NEVER eat here again!! Good luck!!!
Today Ordered Jersey Mike's Subs near 19th Ave and Glendale road in Phoenix Arizona. I ordered a Giant Big Kahuna Cheese steak and a California Club Sub. The sandwiches I felt were good and loaded with more meat than I expected. Flavorful and tasty. I'll visit the location sometime , but for delivery, it was good.
