This was, without a doubt, the best Jersey Mike's I've ever visited, and it's entirely because of the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their positive attitude and outstanding customer service made the whole experience memorable. I walked in here on a Friday night hungry, walked back out a better man 10/10 would come back everyday if gas wasn’t high
This issue with this location is not taste. It’s the lack of attention to detail. My orders are missing items more than they are correct. It has happened too many times so I’m ordering from other sub shops that will fulfill the order and not miss items.
Walking in was a bit disappointing. The trash was overflowing,tables were soiled, and the floor needed to be swept. Meanwhile, the person taking my order was unsure of the size a giant sub is. The other bland person wanted to charge me extra for cheese when.....it is included. The only saving grace was Chris. He was kind and polite and did a good job.
