Great service tonight. Two guys were working tonight and had an overwhelming amount of orders. They were working their butts off for the entire time we were there. Both of them did an INCREDIBLE job! Thank you to both guys tonight!
This location doesn't have consistent service, this specific store seems to have a high employee turnover rate. I found what looked like a long dog hair in my sub. I don't own a dog and haven't been around any so that's kinda gross.
First, Sandwich prepper that was making my sandwich had a long beard and was Not wearing a beard mask, which is required while prepping food. 2. Un polite employees, And very little selection to put on your sandwich or if they have it at noon offered if you want it. 3. Employee asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted I said yes, but the sandwich was never toasted. On top of that, they asked for a tip on a to go sandwich shop.
I've only been to Jersey Mike's one other time. This time in Phoenix.. I don't know if the 2 ladies that helped us were new but it literally took 45 minutes for a "to go" order. I ordered the turkey provolone. It was very flavorful and the bread was soft and tender. The sandwiches were good but 45 minutes is way too long to wait.
