This is now the second order they have refused to honor my special requests (not sure what the purpose is for this when they don’t pay attention to it). I’m a pregnant woman who simply just wanted her sandwich made the way she requested it. Came in during a dinner rush and the crew were doing the best they could. Even with customers who were being rude about the wait, they still continued with processing everyone’s orders in the store and online. I will be back!
My mobile order is supposed to be ready for pickup at 1:14. Yeah, I stood there for another 20 minutes. As they cleared the line and took care of everybody else before they even started. My order then gave me some rock hard food that can't be served to an animal not even made the way I asked for it made.
