Love this location and the crew they have. always making people laugh and have a good experience. 10/10. I always come for the steak and cheese but even with the grill down the crew held a positive attitude and suggested some of their favorite cold cuts.

Waiting too longer! 35 mins, one person cooking?! Not right.
My father went in around 6pm on September 19th. It wasn't busy, and there was no line. My order was a regular 56 no jalapeños add chipotle. Guess what? Yup. Jalapeños on my sandwich and no chipotle. My mother had an Italian wrap. They were out of olives and didn't put pickles on it. My Father claims they were all very rude and unpleasant the entire time. I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's subs around the state of Rhode Island. This is by far the worst one I've ever been to!! The food I ordered was very sloppy and not exactly what I ordered and they did not provide me with everything that I ordered. I've always had a great experience at all the other locations except for this one please do not go here until they make changes permanent.
