They did not ask if we wanted our sub mikes way and added oil and vinegar. Then we're really skimpy on bacon. Lastly service was poor.
I’ve been a customer of Jersey Mike’s for past few years. First time I never wa t to go back to the girl cutting my sandwich. She cut our tuna finish then without cleaning knife cut ham sandwich. Did not apologize and said If I have an allergies should tell them. What about tuna fish taste i. another sandwich. I’m not an idiot but clearly she is. I will not go to that location if that rude, incompetent employee is working there. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I left fuming.
The new hire didn't fill my order, for example , when I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich, I didn't get the bacon and also I didn't any offers for something like vinegar
DO NOT ROLL YOUR WRAPS SHAPED LIKE A BRICK AND CUT IT DIWN THE MIDDLE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT .zero stars . It's is a complete mess.
Me and my fiancée came to this location for the first time we normally go to one in round rock. Jersey mikes sandwiches are really good but I was very disappointed with our service today. We ordered out sandwiches and they went ahead and charged us for our food before adding any toppings to them. I was getting my sandwich made by one person then somone else tried to start making my sandwich too.
