This is the slowest jersey Mike’s ever, I ordered from the app as I always do, the app said it would be ready a couple of minutes before I got there, when I got there, they hadn’t even started my order, it was painful to watch how slow they were and how long it took to make one sandwich, I finally got my order 33 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, it took them almost an hour to make our two sandwiches. Came in and had a wonderful experience, sandwich was a 10/10
The workers are slow and very rude. They seem allergic to say you’re welcome or to give a proper greeting. One worker told me the order was coming up so I waited for about 10 to 15 minutes only to find out that the order was sitting on the rack the whole time. Maybe if the names on the bags were facing towards the customers, they wouldn’t have this problem. We can let them know that we are here for the name and they can confirm on our phones.
