The staff is friendly and the food is always good. BUT, the online order work flow doesn't work! You get there early (before noon) and then stand there waiting while online orders are prepared. Honestly, it's not such a big deal but annoying when you get there ahead of the lunch rush only to watch everybody in the building work on the online orders while you stand and watch. That "hot honey" will get you everytime. These guys strive for greatness here and it's relatable atmosphere is awesome.
Terrible customer service, i asked to have my meat on the grill and he got upset, started to slam the bread, the doors cabinet every time He opened to look for the ham and cheese. Bathroom toilet is really dirty. Sunday June 29th afternoon, he knows who he is, don't have to mentioned names.
