Same same, web order pickup time listed get there 5 min after and order not started. The staff is friendly, the food is usually as expected, update place order time and ready time, to meet expectations. This store hardlyeets ready time
The staff is friendly and the food is always good. BUT, the online order work flow doesn't work! You get there early (before noon) and then stand there waiting while online orders are prepared. Honestly, it's not such a big deal but annoying when you get there ahead of the lunch rush only to watch everybody in the building work on the online orders while you stand and watch.
