Every time I order from this location, something is wrong, missing ingredients, incorrect meats, or sloppy assembly. Sandwiches are often drenched in oil and vinegar, making them soggy. Staff seem more focused on FaceTime than making orders correctly. Easily the most inconsistent Jersey Mike’s in North Jersey. Easy fix, better management and attention to quality.

I walked in around 3 pm, to pick up two mobile orders. One order had white bread but they didn’t have white but if I wait 10 mins it would be ready or they offered whole wheat. I was on lunch for 30 mins and I was already running late. I asked for gluten free bread but it was extra lol. They said they can’t do that. I think if you don’t have the bread that the customer order, you need to call or let us know on the app isn’t not available
Stopped in to pick up a sandwich for my daughters class trip, my two kids ran in before me and Jimmy greeted them, I entered the store to see them chatting and had the pleasure of joining in the conversation. Jimmy was so friendly and welcoming, we left the store and my kids 10&6 said "mom, how can we tell everyone how nice the guy working there was" I told them we can leave a review and they ran back in to get his name. I ordered via Uber eats for pick up. Waited over 30 min. The store never even started preparing my order. There was literally 1 customer inside. Zero reason for the delay other than laziness and lack of care.
