Order using the app. Showed up, waited 20 minutes, all while watching a line or people wrapping around the interior of the restaurant (35-40 people) order, receive their food, and leave. Still waiting 25 minutes lawyer. I guess it doesn’t pay to order in advance trying to avoid the line, because you can be the 40th person in line and still be served before those that had the foresight to order in advance.
I'm really not trying to nit pick, but does anyone really want to see this when they are getting a fountain drink? This place is NEVER busy. Today we were the only ones there except for delivery people coming and going. They had 4 people working and instead of screwing around laughing and acting a fool, someone could have cleaned this. 2 Sandwiches, 2 drinks and 1 bag of chips was over $30.00. This location keeps getting orders wrong. I really enjoy Jersey Mike's, but don't know if I'll continue to patronize. It seems as if they make your sandwich however they want to. My last couple orders have been completely wrong. At this point, I'd be dumb to continue to waste my money here.

Absolutely disgusting! I don’t think the manager or the owner of this place/franchise ever steps foot into this establishment because it is an absolute filthy pigsty. I cannot believe any manager would allow a business to look like this. The Jersey Mike’s that I went to where we used to live was so clean that every time they made a sandwich, they completely cleaned the surfaces before they made another one.
