I want to say thank you to the staff (12/17/25 11:30am). They went over and beyond to make sure my daughter had a safe sandwich made (she has Celiac). Try thank you from this mom who has to be super careful when it comes to eating out. I frequent this location, but with a new diagnosis, this was the first time I ordered for her so thank you!!
It’s funny how so many bad reviews start with “the employees are so nice.” For sure it’s true. The employees are very nice here and virtually everywhere else. But someone at corporate needs to either shut this store down or hire more help and then train the help properly. I watched a guy wait for over 10 minutes in line while I waited to pick up my food, and there was only one other person in front of him. The zesty black dude is holding this place together. We ordered online. Picked up the order and brought it home to eat. The sandwiches were not labeled, even though we gave a name to each sandwich. The lettuce was soaking wet. Not sure why it was so wet. It made tbe bread soaking wet. Very disappointed.
Seem really pissed to make you a sandwich.
