Someone came in to our office and dropped off a stack of coupons, so a coworker and I were excited to try this spot out. Let me save you some time: don't bother. We ordered early in the morning for a 12:30 pickup. When I walked in and asked for my order, it wasn't ready and they were "working on it." I'd say 4 or 5 people came in with a pickup time after mine and walked out with their food before me. I didn't have my food in hand until about 12:40. This is my go-to sandwich shop in Woodinville. Jersey Mike's is pretty consistent no matter which shop you go to from a food standpoint. Good sandwiches, decently priced. If you track your phone number, you can earn points towards free sandwiches (if you intend to come back). Service is good at this location.
Even though the shop was busy, the team working provided great service and were up beat and friendly. Great food, Great service - Thank you!
Generally had great experiences here. Today was an exception with blatant food safety issues due to the lunch rush. I don't want my sandwich on dirty counters or on top of receipts or tickets with ink on them. Sorry but it's not for me and I'm pissed that I wasted over $20 on something I threw away immediately. Good service and food when the place isn't busy.
