Leul and Zach need a raise IMMEDIATELY!!! I have never encountered such professionalism in all my experiences at the Jersey Mike franchise. Not only was my order timely, and brought to me respectfully, but they went above and beyond to fix an issue that I had with a delivery app. These two people reminded me that there are kind people in this world and that when you are in a place of need, that others will show up to give you the service you deserve. The two young adults working this evening were wonderful! Made a beautiful and huge sandwich and the store was shiny and clean! Excellent value compared to a regular overpriced deli!
Luis the manager was extremely rude I was deciding what I wanted to order he even spit on my sub
