Went today with my two children. We waited 30 minutes and were about 4 orders or 6 people back in line for, 3 sandwiches. The staff was untrained and didn't seem to understand basic practices for their job or know where anything was. I fully understand these are teens, but these 3 shouldn't have been left alone. One didn't know how to slice a sandwich or where mustard was kept, the other didn't know how to ring up order or how to refill the lettuce, and the older of the 3 was doing the best he could but also was having troub... read more
Such a great gluten free option for those with an allergy! The entire staff went the extra mile to ensure no cross contamination. I really appreciated the extra effort!!!
Bad location - Walked in, wasn’t acknowledged at all, waited 10mins without a word and saw tons of people waiting for their food for way too long. They made no effort to give update on time needed. The young employees seemed unhurried and like they didn’t even care to take our order. We didn’t even get to order, drove to go to the other location that is reliable 10mins away. Do not recommend.
This location is terrible. You may want to teach your employees to acknowledge humans when they walk in the door. Placed order online, no one ever looked up or greeted any of us who were waiting. Maybe turn off your online ordering capability if they cannot handle it. There was a bunch of us who didn't get our orders until 30 minutes past the promised pick-up time, which I would gladly deal with if your employees actually looked up and spoke! Craziness!! When you place an order over an hour and a half ago for an order to be ready at 12:15 and to wait another 15 minutes in the store because you have to remind them the order you placed is ridiculous. This is the third time.
