When you place an order over an hour and a half ago for an order to be ready at 12:15 and to wait another 15 minutes in the store because you have to remind them the order you placed is ridiculous. This is the third time.
Foods great, employees hate their lives and make it the customers problem. Bunch of kids running the place obviously. It shows.
The counters as well as the floor behind the counter were dirty with shredded lettuce and other sandwich makings. There were about 10 straws, no flatware, and few lids for drinks. The woman accepting payment had her gloves on then with the same gloves on made sandwiches. We won't be returning to this location again
