Great steak sub
Extremely rude staff, walked out and called less than 5 minutes later to speak with the manager (whom we saw while we were there in the middle of taking inventory) and their little high schoolers who I can hear giggling amongst themselves said on the phone that the manager was not there and wouldn’t be back until Monday. I will not be coming back to Jersey Mike’s if I can’t even speak to an adult who is actually able to solve problems. We always get the original Italian sub. We both enjoy it and there is plenty of meat on the sandwich which is my favorite part. Good friendly service and clean tables to sit and eat your sub. My wife loves the BBQ potato chips also.
Seems like these ppl actually care about their customers and their satisfaction! Repeat customers noticed and encouraged, issues instantly corrected! Sandwiches are excellent, great fresh ingredients! I especially LOVE that they have gluten free sub rolls!❤
